Oh missed one of your question!
If for the 2nd Round lucky draw, it over 95% is depending on the Computer Lucky Number, so if your baby got a good number, you can choose any one even LS. So, its only very little difference for choosing any school in HK for part 1.
For part 2, you must select your district only and also depends on your lucky number.

農上是指農圃道官立小學，
而九龍塘官立小學的前身應為農下。

咁在傳統來說，農上是較農下好的，但農下搬了一個好地段。
我仍然有同一睇法：紅馬 >> 九龍塘官立小學>> 福馬

第一輪已經收咗, But 決定放棄福馬學位了。哈哈！
細佬將會和哥哥一齊去英華小學。

Sorry for very late reply, I think should be 20 分, it is a Government School, maximun is 20 also.
