YW's Principal explicitly mentioned they won't accept kids not meeting age requirements, while it appears that DBSPD never explicitly mention they don't actually take this group of kids, on the contrary saying they would consider to accept them as long as they meet interview performance requirements and parents are fully aware of non-subsidy. Given that can't fully blame the press , and parents..... |
