By the way, do your girls find Maths difficult ? My daughter's Maths' not good at all and she couldn't understand fully what the teacher taught.

Thank you for your advice, today my daughter told me that the Maths & Science WK were kept by the teachers. So far, her Maths is OK, but I think calculation is quite difficult for the girls and is their weakness. So my husband has to make a revision with her in every night. We have to put more effort to them.
May I ask whether your daughter was selected to English recite, Chinese recite or Mardiarn Recite. Because, I knew some girls were selected to English recite.

Hi Yanmi2004,

I don't want to tease my daughter but she's a real 'coward'. She dares not to speak in front of strangers and so, when I asked her to try the prose reading in school, she kept saying 'no'. I think she needs more time than others to adapt to the new environment.

By the way, I send my daughter to school every morning and if there's a chance, we could meet and chat more.

I am working mom so I cannot bring my daughter in school, but I will attend the Phonics Talk on 20 Sept 2008. If you will go then we may met there; otherwise, we may talk more in here. :joyous:

But the Marks of her homework is always "G-" or "S+" . As request by school level, it is not pass. How about yours?
