for sending messages, 1) click at bottom right corner of others' open messages or 2) click 发送短信息 tag after clicking 「私人訊息」, or 3) typing in a "回復" box at bottom of incoming messages

for checking inbox, click 收件箱 or 发件箱, & then click the topics of messages for complete messages. Those messages in green are those you haven't read so far.
