My daughter is the lucky one also. Does anyone share about the academic standard of pri one at St. Mary? I learn from a friend that school workload is quite high. I am a bit worried about the adjustment next year..:-?

我囡囡今年小一，學校注重英文科，小一已經讀二年級的課本，還有Science科，是用英文教的，所以英文方面要打好基礎，其餘各科程度適中，小朋友的校園生活都非常開心，暫時未有壓力。:)

這點不清楚，只知今年收生名額好full，所以無收叩門生。

I heard that there will be a so call "test" for the kids while the parents' meeting before the school term of P.1. There will be 4 classes of P.1, each class got 32 students. Is it true? Any excel class? Please share.

這的確是今年小一的情況，所有小一的家長到禮堂聽校長及各組別老師講話，而小朋友便到課室考試，分中英數三科，中文科在課堂上加設了一班名為「中文加一班」，專為中文能力較弱的小朋友而設，而所挑選的同學我猜應在這次測試中揀選。

2007年小一 某一班最少有2位小朋友因叩門而成功入讀。開學前一個星期才通知的。凡事有可能，希望在明天。

小女也將會是08 小一生, 現在開始有D擔心女女嘅成績未能跟得上 St. Mary, :funk: :funk: 想問下各位有無準備為小朋友補習呢 ??-( 邊間補習社近St. Mary 而又好呢 ? :-D :-D
