樂器通告只說逢星期幾學, 無講幾多點, 請問是否都是用最後一堂, 學完可以坐normal school bus 回家, 因 extra school bus 不到我家, 又無人到校接阿女. ...

| Hi Parents, Time flies, we are almost at the end of the 2nd week. I went to the demonstration concert today. I guessed the students enjoyed the concert very much as they were singing, clapping and swaying thru out the concert. I must praise the teachers as they were all very tolerant. The kids were very excited and they were chit-chatting and making fun with each others. I could see the teachers hardly iterrupt them. It's only when some of them were becoming very noisy or disturbance then teachers would come close and ask them to lower their voice. I asked my girl if she feels any different between her kindergarten and primary school life. Her answer is "its the same" except that she doesn't like to wake up so early (6:30) in the morining. According to her, the luch boxes taste "super-duper" good. I think we will continue ordering the lunch boxes. Anyway, it saves me and my helper from a lots hustles. My girl was assigned as class monitress for the first 2 weeks. Altogether there are 2 boys and 2 girls being assigned as class monitors and monitress. She said teachers will assigned somebody else after 2 weeks. It is good that everyone will get the chance to be the leader. Basically her job is to assist teachers and classmates eg. showing them the way to the toilet. :happy: And there is a "naughty chair" in the classroom. Its for teachers to time-out those naughty ones. She did mention some teachers are a little bit "fierce". I asked her what did she think why the teachers were "fierce" ? She answered me that because some classmates were "naughty". So she gave me the answer already !!!!!!:happy: And I didn't have to explaine again. Basically she is having fun in school. I hope all of your kids do too. It just takes some time for them and for us parents to adjust. Like my little one, she went to bed at 8:30pm tonight. She said she really need to sleep early as she almost missed her school busd today. |

| My son want to choose "Sheng" because he said that the shape like a gun. I remember one of the experienced mum's kid learns Sheng now. Can the experienced share whether : - Sheng is suitable for P.1. ? - what type of kid would be better? My son is a medium to small boy. - is it not so common comparatively?? Thanks in advance for sharing. |
