What music instrument group you girl will be joined? I will let my son join Percussion this term. He said he wants to learn something new. Let's see if he could really do well this time!:wth:

This is also for 1E students. They have dictation on today (Wed.)
BTW, I thought the Maths is very easy to the kids as it's +/- within 5. But yesterday, he did the revision, he got a lot of mistakes as he can't understand what's the meaning of "altogether", "?? fewer", "?? more" and how to convert the meaning into something ??+??=??.
Even made me angry is my University graduated Filipino maid got all wrong too after she checked my son's homework:angryfire:

My girl will join the Chinese instrumental class, she likes Yangqin.Hope she has patience to learn and practise.

Do'nt just rely on your Uni Grad maid to follow up your son's homeworks! My last maid was a primary teacher who got a teaching degree in Filipin She also got many mistakes in tutoring my daughter's math works too.

You may 1) ask my son go through math textbook once before doing math homework. 2) ask him read the questions and those words "minus", "plus" carefully before writing. 3)you may photocopy the worksheet and workbook and then ask your son practise his weakness parts once again when he is free.

I believe your son can do well shortly.

Take it easy !

Apart from learning + / - from 1 - 5,
the kids need to learn Engl while going through their Maths too !
More difficult than learning Maths in Chin.

It's the time you get to meet the class teachers, ask them everything, .....
You only get the chance several times in a year !

Hi there,
I've been sick these two days...still have a headache now..:toocold: .i've done the lunch box ordering for my son from tomorrow...he 's really happy about it...as he wanted to eat his classmates's lunch everytime when he sees what they eat...

My son' been to the Selin Maths during the summer holiday b4...all his maths worksheets were in English..He's much better now...except for silly mistakes....all they need is practising....you can even buy the Selin workbooks from bookstores....

Thanks for the suggestion.
Actually I can accept my son's these kind of mistakes as I agreed with you that it's not easy for them to understand the wordings.
What I can't tolerate is my maid attitude as she just not pay attention to what I asked her to do. :sigh:

今日阿女好似發緊夢咁, 4樣功課有2 樣吾記得帶回來, 連 assignment book & pencil case 都無帶. 佢發現後好驚老師會鬧, 是否須要send 個 email 同老師交代一吓.
