今天手冊內仔仔寫"閱讀天使一本",是否課外閱讀??

1C class had completed" Go Away Big Green Monster" on Sept.17. They did the worksheet in school. Teacher let them listen a story and then they had to write down words that start with s, h, b,m,t and k sounds. My son drew pictures on three of boxes and wrote down some words under his drawings. S sound, he wrote squiggly. H sound, he wrote hair, and m sound, he wrote monster. He didn't fill in the other three cause he couldn't find a right word to fill up those sounds. My boy said the teacher asked them to do as much as they could. It's not necessary for them to complete the whole worksheet. [ 本帖最後由 TINGMUM 於 08-10-3 23:28 編輯 ]

Your boy's progress is pretty good. Mine is only about Grade one standard. I also let my boy learn two music instruments and see how he goes. If he couldn't handle it, then just ask him to pick the one he most likes.

Hi, all,
If your kid did the 每日一篇? My son woke up this morning 8:00a.m. and did it. We found that there was already one stduent completed 3 篇. (My son did 2 only as his class started 1 day late.) Anyhow, this is really a good program to motivate kids for reading.

Yes, this is supposed to be the "reading report" homework. Check with other classmates how many your kid needs to finish, (usually 4), and when they are required to hand in (probably end of Oct).
See if your kid wrote anything down in his Assignment Book or teacher put it down on e-class handbook (usually called 閱讀小天使 there).

我女話看一本書,然後做一頁,星期一交.
今次阿女無帶詞語簿回家, 我唯有叫她做在紙上交.
