呢度嘅意思唔係GCSE「或」A level，而係GCSE「及」A level成績。

英國大學基本上最重要睇A level predicted grade， personal statement同埋recommendation letters而唔睇重GCSE成績。但係都有基本要求，就係GCSE英文同數學必須pass。亦會睇係咪同一個session考晒嗰8/9科，換言之要睇吓小朋友有冇能力同時應付考8/9科GCSE。

完全冇問題，大把讀完中四去英國讀sixth form，冇考GCSE嘅學生入英國大學。不過應該要考IELTS證明英文可以應付大學課程。

唔一定要GCSE, 好多香港學生讀完中四就跳去英國讀Year 12，有英國大學收的。但你諗住報咩大學學科先，有dd科無GCSE result係有limitation。

其實GCSE根本唔係重點，佢地只係想知英文同埋數學是否達標。咁一般香港學生A level多數都有科數，佢哋直接睇PG就得。但係絕大部份香港學生都唔會A level讀英文，所以就會要求一係考咗GCSE英文，一係考IELTS。

如果係讀Mathematics, 你望一望ranking頭幾間大學，佢地寫得好清晰，GCE考生，佢要： Cambridge A*A*A + STEP Imperial A* in Math, A* in Further Math, A in a third subject 不包GS and Critical Thinking Warwick 跟Imperial 一樣 但take an additional Math's test UCL A*A*A, or A*AA plus STEP 完全無提及GCSE 要求，你睇睇。
