回覆 Fate 的帖子 Fate, 請問你的buy to let rate 是否for resident only? 我問過hsbc and boc 的buy to let 都比自住貴。我試過去Barclays and Lloyd bank 問,開户都要預約到幾日後。由於趕住回港,最後去了唐人街中銀,buy to let 要3.59%,LTV 59%(因below 60%,rate is cheaper) 如找到你咁平的buy to let Rate, 我想一年後轉按。佢地受overseas buyer 嗎?

我8月尾會陪阿囡去英國開學,再去睇下樓,現在英磅低。回報比香港吸引,我都係當儲錢。收租夠cover mortgage.

香港樓癲左,收租回報創新低都仲有人冲入去。未扣開資只得3厘。扣埋開󰀃資是負數。

We are proposing that the valuation should be conducted by a qualified surveyor who is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). RICS is the world's leading qualification for valuation professionals. This will ensure the most accurate valuation.


HOW DO I ARRANGE ONE?

complete our preferred lettings and management provider has appointed an accredited firm of RICS registered surveyors and negotiated a special flat fee for all investors who have bought a UK property. This valuation will be a RICS Red Book Valuation Certificate suitable for the purposes of your future CGT calculations and submission to HMRC.

The cost for this service is GBP500 + VAT* per property. This fee is applicable to properties valued under GBP2 million.

請問買英國樓做按揭而又將樓出租是否可退稅的呢? 如在香港找銀行做按揭那間的rate好d?
