係呀！私校有好多課外活動，小班教育， 提供靚靚既校園，厠所乾淨，(公校厠所，有D你都唔敢去！） 而且我覺得膳食應該會好D？！呢個我唔知。

我去過一次我朋友既私校，好多課外活動，靚靚的。

所以英式教育係盤大生意。至於本地教育的分別，一般人可能唔知。

我唔係覺得英國本地學校特別大問題，只不過同私校係唔同既東西。真係要調整預期。

由於本地學校無國際學生，起碼我呢度無。無一個講廣東話既學生，揾朋友要更加積極，英文底子要好好，否則比較難有朋友圈。

同私校個分別稔都可以想像到，始終一分錢一分貨。 Gramma school 的目的，係幫你聚集了一班起碼有心讀書的同學一起讀，否則和一班冇心讀讀的攪事的一齊仲煩。

Sir Keir Starmer, Labour leader, has said the flagship policy would be implemented “as soon as it can be done” after the election on July 4 if his party wins power.

Dan Neidle, a tax expert at think-tank Tax Policy Associates, told the Financial Times that the VAT rise “almost certainly” could not be applied by September, regardless of when Labour’s first Budget would be.

He predicted that Labour would be likely to hold a consultation during the autumn on details of the policy.

“I expect they’ll make an announcement pretty soon after the election, saying they’ll apply VAT from perhaps April, with an anti-forestalling measure to stop pre-payment,” he said. “It would be more conventional to apply it from September 2025 but I think they’ll want to move quicker, for political and financial reasons.”

yes totally agreed.
I am happy with her friends so far, almost all of them have predicted gcse grades mostly at 8-9, very bright girls with good manner. Some really good in science, some excellent writers, one girl can write so so so good I wonder how she can reach that kind of level.

Girls who didn't like this type of school, think it is too academic, left the school and went for some other more "free style" schools.

Heard one girl, who left the school for another local comprehensive school, got pregnant at age 13 with a 11 years old boy!

She then got an abortion and put this up at her story page! Mind blowing!

Teachers said what happens outside the school is not under their control, especially those students are not from their school.


Guess they might not want to get involved.
