你見解，和我的非常相近。BA會做的事，只系可能做得更有效率嘅分別。而且多左接觸多些tech層面，同真tech溝通時，雙方無咁激心。 以上籠統就咁講。 當然data science再讀專d，industry domain再深化d，又另作別論。

Yes, around 10 % particularly strategy and digital transformation. Your info is correct. Some Big4 initially plan to spin-off Advisory Services for IPO. As called off in this market outlook, lay off and natural wastage of advisory staff. Not as quick as US counterparts

阿仔剛剛回到香港休假，他發現一個現象，近來多咗好多香港人轉行去Big4做audit，包括做開護士，銀行，保險等等。他們發覺人工跟香港差不多，不會減低工資，而且吸納了不少人。

audit始終每年也要做, 人手需求一直有, 近年歐美香港audit quality比人話下降, 係時候加人手改善啦
