錯了。上年第一年，是100萬。今年200萬，收到130幾個申請，只有33 個位。

I don't think any wrong with the money and fame. In fact, the school needs them too. If it is a perfect match, so why they cannot accept the offer. She has paid a lot of efforts on the P1 interview, so don't be surprised if she really gets the offer from DB. Money can't buy you knowledge and it is her and her son effort to get into DB.
