真係好多人以為入到何小，兩間官小，兩間仁立，只要級三十名內或二十名內就“必”入何中，林護同荃官。 :igiveup: 了解直升派位就知唔係必入，只係比其他小學多D機會。

何小級27 must be band 1!
Otherwise cannot admit 何中 by any mean!

Yes!
For same reason, the top 20 students may not all choose 何中 even the principal writing recommendation letters for them!

So outsiders observing the fact that not all top 20 students admit to 何中 and concluding that 何中 will not accept the recommendation letters unconditionally?
