The annual 15,000 subsidized university places are for local students, irrespective of whether they take DSE, IB or AL. Apart from HKU medi which explicitly mentioned a few years ago that at least 75% of places will be allocated to DSE students, there is no mandatory allocation between DSE (i.e jupas local) and others (i.e. non jupas local).

如果佢入非本地生quota, 而非本地生quota又唔会影响本地生quota, 再加上佢係比Intl fees, 咁其实冇问题, 最怕係收左佢而令本地生quota少左啫.

其实最好唔好用几多%, 用个实數, 本地生quota 1万就1万, 2万就2万, 绝对唔会因多左或少左非本地生而受影响左个总額, 而且, 个budget应该定左先, 不能詐詐𧬺, 張本來係本地生的budget改用途.

[i=s] 本帖最後由 poonseelai 於 25-7-20 10:36 編輯 [/i] 原本受養人係指持工作簽證來港工作人士的家人, 或者申請移民香港人士的家屬, 這些人會在香港生活, 孩子在港讀書, 自然計入local students 而家D高才優才計劃, 申請人申請咗先慢慢揾工, 可以唔來香港, 甚或只當來港旅遊簽証, 但18歲以下孩子已計入local students, 享用大學資助學位。係製定政策時無想到有漏洞, 一心以為香港真的吸引到人材湧港？ 你知啦, 中國人好聰明, 有五千年文化, 什麼地方有着數點會睇唔出。 好啦, 申請人簽證要續期， 在港日數是考慮因素之一, 如果申請人續唔到證, 仔女已入讀大學會點？有說只須交返 international fees 就可以, 這個我唔知答案, 但可能已賺了頭兩年本土生學費 聽聞什麼employment contracts, mpf contribution records之類續證文件, 坊間也有機構可安排, 聰明的中國人一定有方法 至於官員會怎處理？或者要睇下佢哋嘅kpi, 如果只係要滿足來港人材/批出什麼計劃數目就滿足到kpi, 市民嬲爆 they don't really care, 每月照出幾十萬人工
