你可能不太了解摘星。摘星的目標客戶是雙非，受養人對於他們來講是額外收入。他們現在取到好成績的都是雙非身份，這個飯他們可以吃到2030，之後他們自己也不清楚。摘星是依靠一年脫產班的老師和學生出成績，學生是通過三輪考試，百里挑一，老師也是重金聘請，教學水平確實可以，特別是用普通話講解DSE，就像新東方俞敏洪當年的托福班一樣。摘星篩選出的學生，都是在重點高中完成兩年學習，並且成績優異的。這些學生本身基礎就不錯，即使在國內高考，也不會去太差的大學。至於摘星港校的教學，學生質量沒有保障，老師質量沒有保障，摘星拿什麼出成績？只是為了騙錢而已。再者，摘星的教材那些不是重點，網上隨便買，他們自己的老師也在賣。

Maybe some people have a clear goal of getting into top universities. Some of them don’t even care about education, whether it's holistic or not, it doesn’t matter to them.. all they want are great grades or stars. What if they put students in those exam training centers all day and night for a year or two? How many students in Hong Kong do you think can compete with them solely based on grades? After all, grades can be a dominant factor for DSE students trying to get into local universities.

我都被搞得有些混乱。麻烦可否有家长简单解释一下, 在新的政策下，国内普通学生，双非子女，高才通子女，摘星深圳，摘星香港，将会是如何运作？

For local students, there is no specific quota allocated between J and NJ. The admission selection should be merit based.
50% is hku medical school as most of the good JUPAS students go to cu medical school, which should have 75% intake from JUPAS.

其實大陸高中，早午晚自習，咪又係講操卷，唔係講教育喎！
DSE 對佢地係一個「外來」（用字要小心;-) )既公開試，跟其他如托福、雅思，都係要補習操卷！
