DNPR children are HK citizens and they are eligible for the 15 000 universities place for HK students. If just one or two hundred students, the impact on local students is minimal. It is probably not if the number is one or two thousand.

If we put some additional admission requirement like 2 years of residency like the via dependant students, it will have the same impact on those HK students study high school in other countries and apply for local university.

If we put a residency requirement for subsidised education, how about medical or other government services?

A more practical solution may be allocating some places from the 6 000 non local student places to accomodate the increase in local students from DNPR.

點解會覺得佢哋冇hkid？xhs見好多好多有offer的本地生（hkid持有人）不是本地教育出品。咁佢哋考al，行non-jupas啫。如果通過摘星之類補習學校加持考dse，聲稱為自修生，咁照現行規例咪同香港普通日校學生同一個jupas pool嘍。。
