Anyone know the procedure (and timeline) for school bus application?

We're thinking to move by Sept so don't know how to do now.

I read from another thread previously that the timing for handing in the school bus application is on July 4th. The form should be distributed on April 22nd.

I am considering moving too but haven't decided. Looking at the school bus schedule leave me wonder if I should just stay put and wait until school start.
