Hi Ian,

The staff called me this afternoon to confirm my withdrawal. So hopefully they can call the waiting list asap.

BTW, we shall apply SHCPS 3 years later if we manage to move to HK Island (maybe a dream). You know we went to Chi Fu Fa Yuen last sunday for site visit tim...hahah...(cos thinking about the way to secondary school)... If we can't, may probably stay and study at Kowloon side.

That's great! I think I have thought of Chi Fu too but I would think location is more important for primary students. I am not too worry if my daughters have to travel to school.

However, I have discussed with my elder daughter about moving but she expressed that she would prefer better living environment over closer distance to school....... will see how bad it is to reach school at 7:40am (if that's where she got accepted)!

你知唔知有幾多人無去register嗎? 通常幾時會call waiting list既家長?

我是其中一位等待既家長...

尋日打去問校車,我個女係pm,住天后區, 佢話要1145上車 :dizzy:,好似1330先上堂喎,咁小朋友咪要係車度成個鐘頭...不過佢話今年路線都係咁行,無辦法...

住係香港區都攪成個鐘, 先返到學,激死!

Normally, should be single digit who won't even pay the $660. Judging from this year's increase of considerate parents who are willing to give up early, I will estimate approximately 10-12 vacancy.

Basically they will go through the students' scores from interview to start calling. Hope someone will be lucky but don't have too high hope. The main pool of waiting lists should be contacted after the second registration (books and uniforms), which take place on May 12.

Actually school starts at 1:10pm, where students taking school buses are expected to arrive before 12:45pm.

天后去中環要over 1hr? 咁咪兜好耐lor?
油塘去中環只須12:13am上車...
所以話住得遠近同車程未必成正比,
之前聽過又一村返藍田接近1.5hr, 係頭尾站問題!
