The forms are for school admin so may be the class rep hasn't seen it. Best to talk to a parent of the class. Do you know the class rep? |

You can either email your class teacher and find out who the class rep is. Otherwise, you can email the IPTA. I am sending the contacts to you offline. Please check message. |
