me too, I will ask his favourite and try to fulfill if I have enough time to prepare. Sandwich is also good choice, but school recommend hot food particular in the cold days |

Steamed "Meet Cake", Stir fried egg with shrimp or tomato, Stired fried Tomato and Beef, Onion Pork Chop, Chicken WIngs, sometimes fried rice. I always make some veggie to accompany the above. I also make sure to bring an apple or any fruit. Lenglengma |

Do you use shrimp paste to make fry rice? Taste good and my sons love it. But I always worry the 'kwai low' don't like this traditional cuisine, I mean even they are not eating this kind of food but they would not like to smell. |

Hi lenglengma, My boy is not studying at HLYIS but he has to stay at school for lunch. Do you cook the food in the morning before school or the night before? Now my helper prepared his lunchbox early in the morning (in a rush). Thanks. |
