I totally agree your point of view.
So, I have asked Trevor to finish 4 pages (2 sheets) per day.
Although school suggested us to give them to do only on weekday, if weekend has time, I will also asked him to do.
I want to give him some responsibilities and let him know even holiday, he should have some homeworks to be finished.
I decided to let Trevor to take grade 1 piano examination next year.
I have bought a set of examination book last Sat.
When I go through it, I started to worry. I found it is quit beyond his level.
It is difficult for him I know.
I don’t know whether he can get a pass mark or not.
But, I will try my best to teach him during this summer holiday. (Actually, he is so poor. He has 2 pion teachers. 1 is in Parson and 1 is always at home that is me:-() .If only depend on the teacher and only half hour lesson, it is impossible to go fast. From the experience during last 3 months,
I found that Trevor can familiar those new teaching songs within 4 days, then I will teach him some new songs as preparation for next lession. But, this preparation will become real lesson for him from now on. His piano teacher will focus on exam syllabus while I will teach him others. In fact, their songs are so simple, I think all kids can do.
However, I found it is pressure for me.
Do you think I am crazy?
But, I just want to have a certificate for him to apply P1 next year.

How can he by KV student next term?
BTW, is any mother can tell me again the wording of KV school song, so that I can practice it with Trevor at home?
