| Dear Kylie Mom, Further to your proposed schedule of participatants, I agree that we only have to buy bbq pack for adult only while we pay child's entry fee seperately. Assuming we have 34 nos. of adults, we have to reserve 34 nos. of bbq pack for adults. As 香薰園 require to pay 50% deposit in advance of 7 days to facilitate them to prepare foods, we'll have to pay it in advance. As I do not hold a HSBC account, I would be grateful if the accounting section of this activity to bank in the deposit 34 x $58 x 50%= $986 to venue in-charge 香薰園 (HSBC a/c: 819-095571-001) in advance of 7 days and fax the bank receipt to me (fax: 2124 9227) so that I could proceed to confirm with 香薰園. I would forward the form of 香薰園 to account section of this activity (Kylie Mom) seperately for reference. |
