| I am going to arrange a Mother's Day Cake making class (art work making of Mother card). Are you free on 11/5, 12/5 or 18/5? Please vote for a date. My plan: 1, cake making of size about 1/2 lb. 4x4 inch cake. You can make it round (or square or triangle or oval all upto your kid) 2, kids can design the cake and put the fruit and cream on the cake. I will prepare all necessary material. (cake will be done in advance. I will make one demonstration from plain flour + sugur + .....if time allowed). After that, it is a nice present to all mothers. 3, budget: 3.1 cake making: about $25 including a box for take away 3.2 venue: $15 to $20 per head depending on number of people ($600 for 3 hours) 3.3 food: family can bring some. I can order some more pizza or others. 3.4 drinks: we will buy! 3.5 total: around $100 for adult and $125 for kid 4, Venue: it is better to be in Bellagio Sham Tseng, where I live. As I have 2freezers at home and can store 20 cakes! Othere venue is also ok subject to further discussion. 5, Conditions: 5.1 max. 20 family can be entertained as my club house is not big. 5.2 SXL kindergarten kids only 5.3 it is expected that 10 family bring food and 10 family be the helpers.
