I have learnt from the school website that there is no test/exam in P1 and P2. From P3, they have to sit for 2 summative assessments a year. Can anyone tell me are these assessments difficult and needs a lot of revisions similar to the exam of other local schools? Do the students of this school have more time (than other local schools) to develop their interests after school? Can parents of this school share more of the school life of their children in this school? I really want to know more before deciding to leave the nightmare in traditional/local schools. Thanks. |

CCCHU, There is no exam in P1 and P2 but there are some quiz during the term. Usually, we were not told about when and what would be tested. Therefore, it's only an on-going assessment for the students throughout the year. My son is P3 now and the exam in first term is not difficult. There are written and oral exam on Maths, English and Chinese only. My son only took a little efford on the revision. He have none or at most 3 homework everyday and he can spend much time on reading and develop interest after school. |
