| dear all, my girl, Serena will also be G1 student in Sept, She is very short and thin, I wonder she can manage to carry the school bag:omouth: but anyway, I am very happy and excited for her primary school life..... by the way, how's your kids' Putonghua, Serena is not very good at it, though I had arranged private tutor for her already. because we never talk PTH at home...as I am an idiot in PTH....:sigh: |

| jk媽, 預先多謝妳的付出! bbgoymum, 妳好! 很明白妳對孩子的愛所以擔憂! 給孩子多點信心, 相信她必能應付得來的! 我女兒在校亦有普通話課堂但在家亦不肯講! 沒關係, 給她時間吧! 相信上小學會有進步的! 不用過早擔心! ^^ |

| Daniellemum, 不用客氣! 而呀bbgoymum亦不用擔心, 小朋友的適應力很強的, 小兒由K3開始, 學校每天也有普通話堂, 但就從來不會同我講,初頭也很擔心, 有日不知是否心情好, 無啦啦用普通話讀書我聽, 簡直不可思議, 原來不知不覺佢巳學得很不錯了, 我相信只要學校能給予一個好好的語言環境, 最好就是同學與同學間也用英語或普通話遘通, 小朋友必定可以進步神速. 現在小兒的幼稚園就是這樣, 要知小朋友大都多咀, 唔講嘢唔得架, 故佢地死都死D英文呀, 普通話出來, 雖然文法不對, 但每個小朋友也很肯講, 那是學語言的好開始, 對嗎? |

| thanks for all, by the way, i would like to know how many extra-curricular of your kids after school. i don't know why, nowadays, kids have many things to learn, Serena had 7 activities after school, some of my friends's kids even have 9. sometimes, I feel so sorry for Serena that seems too harsh for her, but I cannot cut the lessons, as i feel the course are very good for her.... , I always struggle about it and don't know whether I am doing the right things.... |

| 我非常認同jk媽所言! 我為女兒安排不超過5樣課外活動, 雖然不算太多但有時都驚她辛苦! 有朋友她的女兒也有10樣之多! 她奶奶問佢係唔係儍咗? 她才由11樣減至10樣!!! 我相信每個父母都錫自已的兒女! 想給他最好! 怕她不足夠? 所以我都很明白你的心情! 如果你有感受和壓力！你可以同亞女傾吓她喜歡和不喜歡那些課外活動？再從中作檢討！ |

| 補充一下, 其實比多些時間親子呀, 去街街仲好啦, 我呀仔去街不是只行行商店, 而是溜冰, 打GOLF, 去露營, 燒烤, 去農莊, 返教會等等, 我覺得又幾好呀,又學到書本以外的嘢,大家關係不知幾老友, 各位不要在教育兒女上太大壓力而忘了親子! 我地要做個開心的媽咪, 才有開心活潑的小孩. 加油! |

| 小囡一星期都是學四種課外活動, 而全都安排在星期六或日. 我想最緊要是她有興趣, 而不需要太多. 她們上了A-SCHOOL的下午課便有不同的課外活動, 到時可能我會減少她在校外的課外活動, 多D時間親子.:joyous: |

| after reading you guys' comments, I decided to cut out 2 activities, the 2 that she said the lesson is boring. I am sure my daughter will be very happy, thanks a lot, I feel much relax and please after struggling for so long... |
