小朋友讀IB 經過今年放榜, 有如下感想：
IB鍾意 essay 反思題目 IB第一年暑假是幾乎他們衝成績的高峰期要寫一篇4000字嘅死真不容易
小朋友time Management要好高因為先生只會set一個死線如果自己冇自制能力一定會miss功課. (不可以臨急抱佛腳)
DSE 或者A-Level小朋友可以憑最後一刻的努力得攞個高嘅分數但係IB work is throughout the year

至於今次IB生考得高分, 不見得有太大好處
: 學校已經有固定位俾Jupas 生同non Jupas生
: 呢次考得好只不過代表多咗Non Jupas 生去爭 non Jupas 位。 通常Non Jupas都會Target同一類學校及學科. 所以條隊到長了
： 如果Target海外學校同海外IB生爭， 咁香港的IB生係有D着數
（ 不過香港IB生不嬲平均分分數高過全球） 只係今次更加高了
： 聽聞今年外國好多神科位都留俾自己國民。 所以神科是難入的

以上是個人感想，不喜勿插。🙏🏻

根據歷史 , ib考到44或者45, 只要係正常人, 本地 大學都必收, 仲要畀好多獎學金㖭

只要有得讀, 就算轉讀ib要嘥一年時間, 都係物超所值！

從本年DSE 放傍結果， 再一次印證 ib同dse係差天共地, 距離真的超闊，而且越來越遠。 有如單車同電單車比賽！ 不過這個不公平的 情形 已經持續很多年， 大家不要 奢望未來幾年會有轉變。

May be a stupid question: would there be any difference in JUPAS and non-JUPAS if every DSE subject of every DSE student were upgraded by one grade (except those who already received 5**)? After all, university admission in HK is a game of ranking. Offering a place to the top one in the non-JUPAS queue means rejecting the bottom one in the JUPAS queue.


CityU's Tech Tiger programme requires:


  • JUPAS: HKDSE score ≥ 28 in 4 core and 2 elective subjects
  • Non-JUPAS: GCEAL ≥ 2A*+1A or IB Diploma score ≥ 38 or other equivalent qualifications


and so 28 in 4+2X of DSE = A*A*A in GCE = 38 in IB. In what sense DSE students are at a disadvantage?


By the way, when I first met the term 神科 years ago, I thought 醫科 = a course studying 醫學 and so logically 神科 = a course studying 神學.
