Bigears, is the teacher's name Debbxx? My daughter was interviewed by her last year during N1 interview and she performed the same! My daughter proactively drawn attention from her and told her lots of things (e.g. pointing to a rabbit sticker and said rabbit) but she failed my daughter at last, even though she is a 'big' daughter. We were very disappointed. Thank God this year they assigned us to see another English teacher who was a lot more cheerful. This year she was sitting at the back (middle) of the classroom.

Lovetungtung,

I don't know the teacher's name. But yes, she sat in the middle of the far end of the classroom. Hopeless. But I have asked someone who knows ppl teaching at the school... they said that interview is just a show, that is why some teachers are not keen at all in conducting the interview coz they know at the end it's just the senior management of the school who make the decision. I don't know whether it's true or not, just hear and say.

我地11:30 in, 個老師都算正常, 講o既係廣東話, 一入去問我個仔叫咩名, 幾多歲, 但我個仔講得好細聲, 老師好似聽唔到咁問多左幾次....之後拎左隻有d怪o既牛牛公仔問我個仔指邊度食眼同埋耳, 但我個仔亂咁指, 咁佢就叫我個仔指佢自己o個d, 我個仔先指得o岩....跟住又叫佢玩玩具問下顏色, 又叫佢唱歌....都好正常...

又問我地平時邊個湊, 我話我地返工就阿麻湊, 佢問我地有冇工人, 我話冇, 佢就話咁阿麻好辛苦wor....我心諗"吓...."

跟住就走得la, 叫我個仔拍返埋張chair咁la...

我女兒懂少少普通話，但in時全普通話就表現不是太理想,in完後我跟女兒在操場玩,臨走問女兒(in Eng)她喜歡這學校嗎?女兒答"Yes"剛好主任經過跟我閒談(in 普通話)，我問主任為什麼是in普通話,因聽朋友說可選英文in,但現在in普通話應機会不大,主任就比我們再到2樓in Eng.

but my friend told me that they are arranged to have interview in Cantonese wor, also at 2/F

We had an interveiw in Cantonese. We never requested for the language. That's pretty strange for "random language" interview. They seemed distributed the applicants to different language without thought. i remembered the day i went to hand in the form, the office lady assigned a room for us, very causal.
