Yes, when your competitor is not that good, my friend's daughter got the third prize (no.3) last year, she only score 75 marks.

As far as I remember, my friend's daughter go to Tuen Mun last year. Since she lives in Tsuen Wan, she could manage to go to Tuen Mun.
