所以要經保安公司，佢地會commit一個指定人手，因為佢地個pool夠大，有咩事人手都容易調配

10多年前，IT界好多跨國大企，不少高層攞完肥雞餐後，掛個BR後幫番舊公司做「非公開」御用中介，每個人頭每月收番5%-10%手續費，都唔知幾好搵。不過近年間間都要玩global standard，呢類中介就慢慢退場。

早晨！失望、失敗經驗也是好經驗。見得多「好客」，而且越來越多，越來越過份，如果可以的話，仲唔走夾唔抖！近十幾年，d年輕人都幾苦，成日都俾人老點，工資跟唔上通漲，但大人，包括我也有可能講個餅好大，前境rosy，自欺欺人！

如要進入IT行業, 根本不需要係中學讀電腦科, 甚至大學的電腦科也不用 (不過如果無 IT degree, 又未必咁易有工請)
好多人吹噓編程, 但編程其實係香港係最 low end 既 IT 工種之一，實際做既嘢係好悶好無謂，唔好似為可以有機會俾人發揮創意，更加唔好俾大多幻想未入行既人

而且編程最大問題係，你編既係咩程式？咩人會用? 如果只係俾公司內部用，除非間公司係金融構或上市公司, 加上個程式係"應用層面好廣泛 (好有用/好需要)", 否則其實呢D嘢係唔值錢, 係工作上"無乜用"既reference同經驗 (當然工作過程上既人與事係有用), 因為每間公司都會用唔同product, 唔同既coding design/architecture, requirements

所以"由無到有"既編程開發, 除非做出嚟個樣係好"傑出" (如WhatsApp), 否則對另一間公司嚟講, 係 Nothing

IT 應用, 基本上無得避, 就算我地日常生活, 上網, 智能手機, check email, 全部都係 IT, 但係咪真係要全部都"精"先得呢?

近年所謂"大趨勢"既大數據, IOT, AI, Block Chain 其實真係可以"接觸到技術層面"既人, 除咗係學校, 屋企, 係商業世界就係要好高級或好專門既部門, 唔會係普通一個Fresh graduate 咁易可以接觸到 (當然自己攪startup 另計)

想學習 IT 技術, 唔好留係香港, 因為無乜機會俾到你 (大學教授攪研究的話, 就可能有機會), 真正支持 IT 人發展新技術, 去美國, 台灣, 國內, 以色列, 新加坡仲實際

應用的 IT 技術, 唔需要專登去學, 正如 IOT 既智能網上開關電器, 你有需要知道佢詳細原理嗎? 只需要知件家具係咪Support IOT, 同點連接番屋企個 Wifi network 咪得囉

醫生用IT醫病, 識操作相關機器同系統咪得囉, 同埋反映下對系統既意見.
個系統設計有冇問題? 應該要叫設計/生產商事前同事後搵多D業內人去評估, 唔係憑空想像

科技發展太快, 唔好諗住可以成日走係最前, 否則只會攪到自己唔知為乜不停咁去學所謂新科技, 回頭發現9成係無X用

每個行業都有佢地專有/專用既所謂 IT 系統, 唔係個行既人根本未必有機會接觸, 所以亦無可能 "學咗先"

今日以為學定先既嘢, 明天可能就變咗無用

要面對 IT 帶來既變化, 係調整心態, Anytime ready to pickup new things

都係個句, 如果香港 IT 行業真係咁易搵大錢, 政府個D 刻薄到無人有既 T contract, 點解仲有咁多人想去做?

大公司IT sales, 單單生意以幾十萬至過百萬美金計，sales quota 隨時係幾十 million美金一Ｑ

達標咪搵到大錢，唔達標的話，2-3 Ｑ後就會消失

又講吓另一班係 IT 業界中, 一直比視為搵錢較多既人
係 iBank/Finance 機構中, 以前協助研發 "搵錢工具" 既人

可惜, 研發 "搵錢工具" 機本上都無乜突破 (因為未有新既金融產品, 或金管條例要求), 而且普遍係要係業界做咗一定年資先有機會可以做呢D位

其實金融界"自己請"既IT人, 唔係做support, 就係做 PM 同 Vendor management 為主, 近年最值錢同最多人爭個班, 咪就係關於 Cyber Security 同 Compilance 既IT人 (Sorry, 呢D大學唔會有得教, 要靠出嚟做嘢學同攞經驗).
金融界既IT人月薪同外界 IT 人差別不太大 (Cyber Security 同 Compliance 個班會高人工D), 但係金融界薪酬福利待遇一般較好 (可能會有幾個月bonus, MPF會幫你供多D, 全家有醫保, 假期較多等)

金融界System support, system development 其實不少都外判晒出去 (都有少量極敏感既系統, 金融機構會自己負責番)
