My point was to compare between doing dentistry overseas now (a reality) or doing Biomed now and hoping to do dentistry afterwards (an unknown). If I were his parents, I will suggest him to take former. Besides applying as graduate applicant (degree holder) is even more competitive than secondary school leavers in HKU and especially so in UK. The student (with IB 44) will loss his IB result advantage when he is to apply as a degree holder because universities will only look at his undergraduate degree. So the real question is that does he want to get the ticket to become a dentist now at wherever countries, and deal with the HK licensing exam in future (if he really want to come back) or chance of never becoming a dentist.

, all UK Uni (except UClan and Aberdeen) and 5 Aus uni are accepting school leavers for their undergraduate dentistry degree. Yes, doing Dental (and Medic) as international students is extremely difficult in UK (because of the quota), but it is relatively easy in Aus. Only USA/Canada require degree holders to study Dental and Medic.

For Aust, international students (no passport or PR) are more easier to get accepted to do BDS than local / domestic students (ie. HK student with Aust passport). Whether one can stay and works as dentist after graduation is another issue and yes it is difficult to get permit to work and immigrate to Aust nowadays. But the most important fact is s/he has already became a registered dentist at Aust. There will be many option ahead of him/her; works in Singapore, NZ or try taking HK licensing exam (difficult but possible).

我做嗰間公司主要幫客人做數報稅, 因為其中一個partner嘅親戚係醫生,所以介紹咗好多開診所嘅醫生同牙醫搵我哋幫手報稅同避稅。講明先啊避稅係合法㗎.

睇返公司最初由十幾年前十幾個醫生客,到而家差不多有成二百個, 所以我對醫生牙醫收入嘅認識,就來自呢二百個客.

係200個客裏面大約有30個牙醫,100個專科醫生,淨返個70個係平時睇傷風感冒嗰啲普通科醫生.

講返就好笑,我將D醫生客分得咁清楚係以前我老細叫, 佢話一陣有咩事自己睇醫生可以知道睇邊個醫生邊科喎！

既然都有Doula媽咪講咗牙醫純利月入四十幾萬, 我都可以講一些醫生每年稅前純利

普通科醫生 280 - 510萬中位數 430

專科醫生 450 - 780萬中位數 660

牙醫 300 - 620萬中位數 520

最勁嗰兩個做手術嘅專科醫生我就冇包括喺上面, 因收入變化好大, 佢做一個手術收幾十萬. 一年有時有三兩個月係月球醫生,即係月入一百萬以上.

另外有個牙醫都冇計,因為佢開咗好多間診所,請其他牙醫做. 俾底薪加每個症嘅佣金. 好似一盤生意咁做。呢個牙醫最發搵最多。

如果不是高收入都不会揾你哋避税，这些客户，你哋都唔会手软啦。我好奇那些低收入的私家医生纯利又有多少呢？我估大部分都未必要揾专业人士去避税，报税就一定要。
