希望科大醫學院可以如期建立，解決香港醫生不足的情況。

如果睇數字又唔係喎， 1996年嗰陣時每一千名香港人有1.24個醫生，但係而家係有2.1個醫生。醫生比例多咗好多。

走咗年資深嘅, 補充新血也要時間累積經驗, 人口老化對醫療需要又唔同

香港比例屬低？

"Hong Kong continues to fall behind global counterparts in its doctor-to-population ratio. As of 2020, Hong Kong’s populationof close to 7.5 million was served by 15,298 fully registered doctors, equating to having approximately 2.0 doctors forevery 1,000 people in Hong Kong. Continuing to fare worse than comparable Asian jurisdictions, such as Singapore(2.5) and other well-developed regions in the world (OECD countries average at 3.5), Hong Kong will need an addition ofapproximately 3,500 to catch up to Singapore and 11,000 doctors to catch up to OECD countries."

可能我平日接觸的專科都是新醫生居多， 病情算穩定 又是覆診，加上醫院相對較新，地處偏遠。 新症一般由經驗較高的醫生負責， 病情輕重可能安排亦有差異。 瑪麗，威院教學， 聯合， 屯門， 伊利沙白等龍頭醫院，經驗豐富的醫生較多。 另外我認識的那位專科醫生， 上班數日，已在專科應診，而且門診主要由他及另一位專科第一年的負責。 他同時是該專科重症監護病房的負責醫生。

唔會出醫生

目前UST披露既信息唔多，如果未來科大醫學院唔出醫生，個人覺得對港人來講報讀既吸引力不大。
佢偏向醫學既某個範籌研究有可能，但不出醫生機會微啲。
