What do you think about the school facilities, is it OK and the school playground is it big enough? From outside, the school premises seems a bit old, that's why we still struggle whether to choose this school for the 1st round.

Can you please give us some comment?

我女兒在基恩讀, 你也是嗎? 今年幫細女報小一, 剛交了表, 昨午交表時, 她是第80位, 因千禧效應, 今年應該競爭較大, 好彩學校一定收她, 過去幾年, 20分都要抽.

當年幫大女報名時, 也像你這樣憂慮. 但心想她都不懂比較, 這只是大人想法而已. 我女兒不但不介意, 可能比幼稚園校舍還大, 還十分開心. 以學生比例來說, 校舍其實足夠, 學生最重要有好的學習環境. 不過如果沒有20分, 就不要浪費機會了.

Thanks for your reply. Actually my son only have 15 points and we know that the 1st round will not be successful. However, we are planning for the 2nd or even the 3rd round.

Although most of the parents think academic result is important, we think that happy school life with good environment is also important. That's why we consider Kei Yan first, rather than St. Peter.

It will be ideal to have Kau Yan's school environment plus St. Peter's performance.

我都幫我個仔報左基恩,但都係只得15分 - 基本分, 機會應該唔太大.....希望奇蹟會出現, 係第二輪可以抽到, 因為希望之後可以帶給妹妹入到呢間學校...我唔駛再煩過啦 !

請問大家知唔知基恩會唔會接受叩門呢 ?咁幾時開始接受呢 ?

I think "knock door" should start after the 2nd round result announced, ie. after 3rd June 2006.

Did you apply any other private / DSS schools? Are you also in Net 11?
