I think you'd better check w/ the kinder for how many applications they are prepared to issue. In last year, they claimed that they only prepared 150 forms for am class but finally they issued 500 :hammer: :hammer: :question: And, one of my neighbours arrived at 8:45 am could also get the form. Hope it can help. |

| Last year, they confirmed on 31 Oct that only 150 forms would be dispatched and that's why we went there so early. They claimed that they "suddenly" changed their mind on 1 Nov because there had a large demand for am class (out of their expectation???). I just wonder how come they can prepare the extra 350 forms so quickly. |
