| Hi tinatam, I think you could visit the first few pages (the oldest ones) of this chat room to find out a few useful answers for those FAQ for parents that would like to apply for LHT. I think LHT is now transforming to an English P-School but they are NOT using English for Maths now (but for Science now and probably music soon as mentioned by the principal recently). | Beeruma, 開卷樂 does not need to do any homework. There is a "Star Program" i.e. 摘星計劃. P1 students have to read 12 books per year (minimum). This is not a compulsory program. However, students will get a cert. if they can complete them. In this program, students need to complete the reading reports. For the details information, you can find it from the "Library" section of the school web site. Dear lkong2005, I think you are probably right about the homework arrangement of 開卷樂 later. So we are likely to have new homework soon... oh my god! Rgds, p.s. I'd agreed that it's good for our kids though. |
