Hi all

我個女swimming後終於睡了, 最開心就係friday night, 她可以早d sleep. 可惜明天都要見老細. 唉....... :-( 不能陪霖霖了!!! :-(

No day off in Saturday? I am having short week tomorrow. My hubby, US Co. no need to go to work on Saturday but always late from work in weekday.

Hi rebecca

I think noodle types food may have further treatment, such as fired. May have more fats than "pure carbonhydrates". That means noodles may easily make the people "fat".

By the way. (My opinion only!!!) Rice is mainly starch & soluble cellulose with some vitamin B complex. Since starch is a Polysaccrides, May be more healthy than noodles type food.

Andrew,

You are really a "Rice expert"! So rice is more natural than noodle.

BTW, you can consider sphagetti too. It has more protein, calcium, B1, B2 and fiber than rice. To me, it taste better! I am a "pasta lover"!
