Sandrine, Thanks for your sharing. Definitely I also applied other kinder for my daughter, but KBCK is my first choice. I visited the school with my daughter before. She seems quite interested to the school as well as the toys! :-) But it doesn't mean she would be fine in her interview later on. She quite likes the nusery school she currently studying. She even can communicate with the NET teacher with no problem. (The teacher told me.) :-? .... Anyway, I'll talk with her more in English, hope it can help! |

225333, Believe in your daughter. She'll be fine. salami, Lucky you to be the helper again. I've been a helper and dropped by the school a few times. The people I met were very friendly and they made me feel like part of the family as they knew every child. My daughter knows some children of other classes and their teachers know my child too. Can't wait to see the Valentine's crafts. chanwyf, A parent helper helps in the classroom most of the time, not in the office. A parent drops off / picks up the child at the entrance / outside the gate. It's quite unusual that your friend could hear the "bad manner" of the person in the office again and again. Anyway, my daughter said the new administrator is nice and she wears a smile. |

225333, Believe in your daughter. Hi Sandrine, My son is accepted by TYESF Kinder and is awaiting for an interview with KBCK in May 06. In the BK, I always heard good comments for KBCK but negative comments towards TYESF Kinder. As I am also concern about the opportunities of my son entering the ESF Primary and the network of the international kindergarten. Pls kindly share whether you have any information (formal or informal) which international primary school that the students would normally go after completing K2. |

Hi chuchuma, Remember that the comments posted in BK here do not represent the comments of all the parents in a particular school. Every school has its merits. In the case of ESFTY, while some parents may not like it, we can't deny that it offers the best opportunity to enter ESF primary because of its priority for interview. Sorry I don't have much info of where KBCK graduates go to:-?. I believe most of them go to international school and a few may switch back to local K3. I noticed some 5 or 6 BK parents posted here before that their children entered ESF primary after completing K2 in KBCK. |
