Yes, my daughter is in 1A.
It's too bad as I was misled by the school lady. I was told that there was no need to bring book to school this week. What's a mistake!
Based on the new information from 'kikima' , my daughter will wear PE uniform and bring books tomorrow.
The Arts teacher gave my daughter a slip to remind the students of bringing tools (scissor, glue, sleeves, ruler (in a specified length that I forgot), apron, HB pencil, eraser) and a bag for the arts tools in the next lesson. The school will provide a sketch book and oil pastel. Now, I puzzle the size of the bag. Should it accommodate the sketch book or is just for the small tools. If it only need to accomodate the tools, I will buy a small one so it can be put into the school bag. Bringing a school bag together a big arts bag will make a P.1 kid too clumsy. Any comment?
By the way, I've read a new article about ex-Principal Chan in Sing Tao. I really want everything alright now. Rumor and bad news are damaging to the school prestige and our confidence. Of course, the adminstration and management problems are so common in every organisation/school (especially those are newly established and crowded with leaders/elites). But, it still make me a little bit upset. You know, ex-Prinicipal Chan seems like so energetic and enthusiastic in A-school. Her resignation has undoubtedly generated many questions and negative feelings. I do hope ex-Principal Chan will take care of our trust on her and the children she cared, and won't make any comment to damage the school she had contributed.
Anyway, my daughter enjoys the school life very much and learnt to use her Octopus to buy snacks in school (I ordered her to control herself and record all the expenses in a small note book).
