| Yes, I have read their conversations also. But I think it's very serious this year. But to be honest, I didn't see there is a problem in the interview process. Each child have around 10 mins interview, I think it's fair enough. It's difficult to ask a 2 years old kid to stay longer with you especially the interviewers are all strangers to them. To me, having an appointment at 1:15 and have the interview on time, it's perfect. Didn't ask parents to wait outside for long. Really don't know why they have complains about this ...... |

| Totally agree with you. By the way, the interview arrangement process for my son was very good last year. I have just arrived 10 mins before the interview and let my son played in the playground.
