Dear Dr. T

Are you saying that International school might be a better choice for Asperger's kids? Do you think these kids can handle the projects and discussions well?

May I know which Internation Schools that you have encountered were equipped with "understanble" teachers for our kids? You may PM me the info. Thanks a lot.

1. 國際學校/本地學校的分別是一個很籠統的概念,最重要的是否遇到一個合適的老師.
2. 相反地,不如你pm已收了囡囡那一間學校的名稱,看看我"八"得幾多 ;-)

其實最麻煩都係社交方面.
我仔今日同我講 , 上體育堂時比人勁踏手指........佢話好痛!但就無同老師講, 只同同學講了! 踏他的同覺我諗是故意的, 因我仔說係踏咗好多下!

我仔平日都同我講, 一帶零食返學就會比D同學追住佢來搶.......我都唔知佢搞乜, 佢話同風紀講!!

又會同我講D女同學好鐘意打開佢書包睇.............

佢社交我真係好擔心, 因呢D 我諗學校都幫唔到佢!!唉~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

我之前都有同班主任提過擔心亞仔的社交, 但班主任話見好多同學都鐘意同我仔玩..........

昨日的事我也巳寫了手冊,希望亞仔有比老師睇啦!

亞仔p.1帶零食返學都會比同學仔搶晒, 佢又係話只同風紀講, 佢話咁小事老師唔會理, 咁我就教佢同同學講名, 唔好搶晒, 輪流一個個, 又要佢同同學一齊分享, 另外我會在家同佢練習, 我同老公扮同學, 叫佢講一次, 久而久之, 佢就會識應付.

其實亞仔仲有其他事唔識應付, 例如佢會同我講d女同學好惡, 成日放d垃圾入落佢書包, 派美勞材料時, 坐前面位女同學如果d材料有污點, 會唔問我個仔就立即搶左亞仔份材料話要"交換", 亞仔又會話, 如果告比老師知, D女同學會有好多解釋, 佢又唔夠D女同學講...... :wth: 咁我會同老師相量, 希望老師唔好罰果位同學, 而係教小兒如何去處理, 我亦會教佢其他應付方法. 其實比佢遇過等佢有經驗都好,起碼下次佢識應付, 不過就一定要佢遇到有問題同父母,老師講, 然後在家同佢做多些角色扮演, 及解釋問題處理不當所帶來後果. :cheeze:

From your experiences, I understand I need to find a primary school with teachers easily "reachable" and small class size.
