ESF primary should have daily Chinese class by 2007. Actually a lot of ESF kids now study Chinese after school or use private tutors at home. |

There is an educational development plan on ESF website, telling that implementation of improved Chinese program will be by 2007 . This is done by the ESF management for all schools. Maybe it is too early for them to confirm anything. IB however is announced to be implemented by all secondary schools starting 2007, so Chinese standard has to be improved starting with primary schools sooner or later. |
