I am reading it currently and I borrowed it from the library here in US. It's quite new (2/2005 edition). Hope you can find it in HK.

The other one you may also want to check it out is "The Oasis Guide to Asperger Syndrome" by Patricia Romanowski Bashe and Barbara Kirby.
