my girl need to do some correction on the penmanship too. She got G- to S even there is no mistake. Don't put too much stress on them and you too. I think the teacher give the "S" 1st then later give a higher grade to the kid so that there is an improvement la. ;-) Kid will feel happy la;-) :-P :-P

I don't know whether they had changed their seat or not as Kelly never told me about the sitting arrangement. Anyway, she mentioned your daughter Monique quite a lot of time. I think they already are best friends.

For the chinese dictation, I think they should have dictation on the "我的家" and some words that is "身體", " 耳朵", 和 "手指"等的詞語！If I missed something, please advise. Many thanks.

Hi, Christydkhkg,

So what is 默默書補充? Did not copy that on our handbook as Chloe was absent on Friday. Don't know what the girls was talking on the phone yesterday, Christy was problably asking Chloe about homework but Chloe did not give her the exact asnwer afterall. She was so sleep these few days and don't think she remember things too well.

After this experience of an absence on Friday, I think we will never let her get any sick leave on a Friday or try not to be absent at all. The consequence will be accumulating too much homework the next day. Last night, I have counted her homework and have found 6 pages of penm. 4 pages of penm correction, 2pages of maths, 1 page of Chinese writing, 1 colour for WP. That a lot for a child who is sick......真係冇陰功! I was sitting by her side for 2 hrs encouraging and supporting her to complete the work. 1 of her Chinese suppl paper submitted on Monday was marked 遲交, the teacher doesn't care or not even know that she was absent last Friday. I have therefore written next to her 遲交 " sick leave for 14/9". I really have no clue of how to handle her absent homework after her sick leave, any parents can help to give some advices? Does she have to complete all papers from the last day or she can do part of it and then the rest another day? I mean if it is okay not to submit all work the next day? It was really a torture for the both of us lar.....after my girl finished her work, her fever was up again.

Although my girl is not the same class as yours, we also have one worksheet under this name, they will have the chinese dictation reagrding those words by next Tue.
