There is no fairness in interviews as they are always subjective. If you want fairness you need to support the system of lucky draw. I do think so. Quote: Boris 寫道: There is no fairness in interviews as interviews are subjective. The only fair way is lucky draw. i agree, if you choose to play the game, then there's no 'fair or unfair' because DGJS have 100% right to choose their own students, simply because it is a PRIVATE primary school. Of course they will choose the best! But one thing i can only say that DGS system is smart in the sense that they keep its primary school to be 'private status' (and hence they can choose the better students), but DGS remain government aided (or at least in the past N years) so that secondary school can maintain the high standard because of the stable input of its quality students+ input from other smart student from other schools. It's indeed a 'smart' way to raise the standard of the secondary school because with good academic background and fairly rich primary school students, they should have the family awareness and the financial ability to learn all the different extra curricular activities eg swimming/ tennis in the richer clubs eg jockey club etc.... + music/instuments/choirs etc. But still, if the girl herself is smart, there's no way she can mask her wit, and the school is stupid not to take in the student, even if the student does not come from well-off family. So, 平民 still have CHANCES!! Don't give up!! |

Any parents want to share the bad experience during the interview by the headmistress of CCKG? My case is that I try to call her secretary to arrange the interview. The secretary told me that it is impossible but can go there a bit earlier. After the interview, the headmistress get angry and come out asking me impolitly who told me to go early. |

Hi J-ma-ma, I am so sorry but may I know more about CCKG? So you applied the school by filling in the application form and an interview will be arranged or by what source? So did you finally get into this kindergarten? Thanks! |
