3. not sure, but both parents must be interviewed and thus parents performance should be counted in some way.

上年大約在年底(28/29日)收到取錄信。

我覺得家長的表現都頗為重要，校長經常將'partner'掛在口邊，家長對於學校的課程是否熟悉、能否貫徹學校理念、對於孩子可付出多少，種種因素都成為校長眼中的'好partner'。講真，蔡繼有可提供一個愉快的學習環境，但仍需家長的積極配合－多與孩子閱讀。若單靠在學校學習，孩子的進步可能會很慢。

Dear Parent,

I come across this topic from time to time and got a feeling that parents are unsure about CKY student standard. I can give you an example since I just brought two new series of books(2005, 2006 first print) for my two kids from the new book centre in China. I highly recommend this two series to your kids. They are published by National Geo. and Peking University Press. One series contains 18 books ($16.8 each, easier), another one contain 14 books ($20 each). You can follow the below link to take a look on one of them:

What I mean is the standard of student varies lots and it is no meaning to say they are teaching what no(s) of grade higher or lower. The most important thing is they teach your kid who are willing to read and learn. For this two series, it can give your kid lots of real life information and also teach your kid how to write article(the 14 series book) which is very useful when the kids facing year 5 assessment. I can just hardly search for all them from different China bookstore and my two kids are now proceeding with it.
Hope it can give you some insight. My kids are studying year 1 and 4.
